Continuing Education
We believe that training is essential to providing a quality service.
Our teams receive 5 weeks' initial training before advising our customers, followed by ongoing training every month via an e-learning platform, as well as seminars 4 times a year.
So every member of our team is passionate about beauty and always up to date with the latest trends and products.

Whether it's supporting a colleague in the shop or organising an event, our teams pull together.

Environmental commitment
For example, Oskia has chosen bio-based plastic packaging made from sugarcane.
Combeau favors a gentle extraction process for its active ingredients, without using petrochemical solvents, while Patyka prioritizes packaging made from recycled cardboard.
Additionally, we have implemented a waste sorting system in our logistics workshop, ensuring proper recycling and valorization.

Commitment to Cleaner Beauty
Face care, body care, makeup, or even dietary supplements, all our beauty gems are carefully selected according to our selection charter, which is fully reviewed every year.
Our goal ? To offer the very best of clean beauty, the crème de la crème combining efficacy, sensoriality, and transparency.

Towards B-Corp certification
Our aim is to achieve B Corp certification, which demonstrates our commitment to being a responsible company.
The first step in this change: in 2023, we became a Mission Company. Our raison d'être: ‘To enable everyone to take care of themselves while promoting an expert, transparent and caring approach to beauty.

Daily initiatives for the ecology
We work every day to minimise our environmental impact.
We offer greener deliveries via Mondial Relay, have stopped producing tote-bags, and encourage the use of recycled materials in our boutiques.
