This interview will give us an initial overview of your profile, as well as an opportunity to get to know your background and personality better.
Step 2
Meet our Head of Recruitment
During this initial discussion, either in person or by video, we want to find out more about your background, expectations, skills and aspirations.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about our mindset, culture and requirements, as well as our organisation and working methods.
Step 3
Meeting with our Regional Manager and/or Store Manager
This second meeting, in person or by video, is an opportunity to discuss the job in detail (tasks, responsibilities, expectations), how the team is organised and how the company works.
It's a privileged moment, both for you and for us, to confirm our mutual alignment.

This interview will give us an initial overview of your profile, as well as an opportunity to get to know your background and personality better.
Step 2
Meeting with your N +1
The purpose of this initial interview is to find out more about your background and skills.
It's also an opportunity to discuss subjects related to the job (missions, scope, expectations), the organisation of your team and, more generally, to share with you Oh My Cream's world and way of working.
Step 3
Meeting with a member of the HR team
This final interview will give you the opportunity to discuss your aspirations.
You can also ask us questions about our mindset, our culture, our requirements, our operating methods and our organisation.
